- High Risk NON-Violent Parenting to assist parents bettr understand how their current life choices impact thier ability to effectively parent an build non violent parenting sklls
- Anger and Emotional Control for Youth (ages 12 – 15 and 16 – 19) is a twelve week program to help youth learn to identify, understand and effectively manage emotions. Topics include: Identifying triggers and patterns of emotional reaction; consciously choosing thoughts, feelings and actions; accountability, empathy and optimism; and improving parental and peer relationships.
- One-day INTENSIVE Anger Management Class helps participants gain insight into the triggers for their anger and begin to develop healthier ways of expressing anger.
- Personal Horizon’s Women’s Group is an open enrollment support group designed for women who have experienced domestic violence and others who are wanting to improve their self-esteem, emotional stability, and relationship skills.
- Men's Anger Management helps men learn to identify emotional triggers, understand their responses, and take responsibility for choosing more appropriate behaviors.
- Building Healthy Dads is an open enrollment support group to help fathers strengthen the father/child bond, become healthier role models, and increase their abilitiy to cope with their child’s most challenging behaviors while they explore how their life-style and choices affect their children.
